Dante's Birthday Party

Gosh!!!! It's been 2 weeks since my last post here....Don't blame me...I had a lot going on here....:-(

I decided to take a break from one jewelry project and move to another project that slowly requires my attention. Ugh...God knows how lame I am. Gue aseli lagi malas banget sebenarnya!!! penginnya santai, tidur cepat dan bangun siang (yang ini pasti gak bisa, karena anak2 tiap jam 7 pasti udah ngebangunin). But...there's always so much thing to do besides sleeping...ohhh:-(((

We celebrated Dante's 3rd Birthday on last Sunday. Unfortunately, the weather was not as good as we were expected since we planned to have a Barbeque Party with Indonesian Satay and other grill stuff. But the was sun reluctantly showing, and small rain came. My husband took the chance to use our new 'weber' grill and standing in the 'small but not healthy rain' grilling. We had 100pcs of chicken and 70pcs of Lamb satay. To compliment the satay, I made rice cake, and Fish Grill too. Thanks To Nieza who helped me preparing the fish. Other, I made Nasi kuning, to remind everyone that we were celebrating Dante's Birthday here. And for the birthday boy, I ordered a birthday cake, with small car on it. It was Nougat Sahne Torte. It's yummy...:-)

It went well. The Kids were playing happily. The bigger Kids like Kay, Zia and Deza played along well. They played in Kay's room, and did not want any parent to supervise. And smaller kids, just hanging around the parents or trying to enjoy the small rain.
It was nice. The kids were enjoying themselves, and the parents chit-chating and enjoying the food (hopefully!!).

At 4, the guest were starting to leave.
The Party ended. Thanks to every one who came. Nieza, Manda, Lince, Aas, Upik (jangan kapok ya Pik, jauh dikit gak papa, khan gak harus jalan kaki...heheheh...), and mbak Ami and Ludwig...:-)
